Child Therapy
Play-based, developmentally appropriate care for young children.
Children often express big feelings through play and behavior rather than words. Our child therapy uses play, art, and connection to help kids feel safe, understood, and equipped to handle what's hard.
Early support matters. The skills children build now — naming feelings, calming their bodies, asking for help — shape how they handle stress for the rest of their lives. Parents are a key part of the work and learn tools to use at home, too.
